Greg Packer is the President of U.S. Rehab. Greg's background, which includes sales management for Pride Mobility Products Corp. and Biocore Medical Technologies, Inc., provides him with an understanding of both the sales and product areas of rehabilitation technology. Greg served three terms in the Kansas House of Representatives, and is familiar with the regulatory and governmental issues facing the rehab/HME industries.
A graduate of Iowa State University, Greg received his master's degree from Baker University.
Director of Reimbursement and Education
Dan Fedor is the Director of Reimbursement and Education for U.S. Rehab. Dan comes to U.S. Rehab from The Mobility Experts, where he was CEO and compliance consultant. He implemented compliance programs for mobility providers, reviewed medical documentation to ensure compliance with MAE policy and regulations and prepared and represented providers with the appeals process.
His career with Pride Mobility Products Corp. spanned 13 years, where he served as director of education and compliance. At Region A DMERC (6 years) – Travelers Insurance/United Healthcare, he initially served as an ombudsman then was a unit manager for electronic data interchange and claims processing.
His bachelor's degree in economics is from Pennsylvania State University.
National VP of Complex Rehab
Ron Turzy is the National VP of Complex Rehab for U.S. Rehab. He works with U.S. Rehab's Functional Mobility Assessment (FMA) Outcomes Program, Labor-Tracker, the national mobility and CRT contract with Humana, seeks insurance contracts and supports our sales & marketing programs along with providing support to our membership.
Ron Turzy started with VGM Homelink in January of 2014 as the Director of Complex Rehab Technology. Ron has experience with a national complex rehab provider as an area contracting manager, was the Director of Contracting, Sales & Marketing for RehabTECH, Inc., (a Midwest regional CRT provider) and has over 15 years in contracting, sales/marketing and management experience in the field of complex rehab technology and DME.
Ron has also worked for American Hospital Supply Corporation-Baxter Healthcare and Olsten in building business units and has a passion for providing excellent service! He holds two degrees from Eastern Illinois University and resides in northern Illinois.
Tyler Mahncke is the Operations and Business Development Manager for U.S. Rehab. Tyler graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2013 with a degree in Communications and Electronic Media. Tyler has been with the VGM Group since 2013 and has worked in our education division in a sales role for the DME, PT, Home Health and long term care markets. Tyler most recently was in Member Services working closely with our DME, complex rehab and home modifications members.
Tyler now controls the operations of U.S. Rehab and is focused on the development of our membership group, vendor partners and our other programs including continuing education, the Functional Mobility Assessment, and Labor-Tracker.
Member Service Representative
Donna Douglass is the Member Service Representative for U.S. Rehab. She assists in the management of service offerings, including educational programs and Labor-Tracker. Donna has been with VGM Group, Inc. for over 19 years, primarily as an executive assistant.
FMA Quality Assurance Coordinator
Tricia Dowd is the FMA Quality Assurance Coordinator for U.S. Rehab, a division of VGM Group, Inc. Tricia manages day to day operations and trainings of the Functional Mobility Assessment as well as client communications. Tricia has been with VGM Group, Inc. for over 12 years working in other divisions including Homelink and Freedom Link.
